A few weeks ago a friend of our family passed away. His name was Martin Massinger. At his funeral, the family gave all attendees a copy of a pictorial tribute they had put together to celebrate his life. In it were pictures of Martin, his family, and friends. The pictures told the story of his life…a life full of memories with those closest to him. What stood out to me the most were the pictures that weren’t included. You see, Martin had spent his entire career as a commercial artist. All of his working hours were invested in creating pictures. Logos, graphics, ad campaigns…none of which were included in his final “presentation.” His profession: artist…..his priority: family.
What will your picture book be filled with?

Jason,
Thank you for your usual thought provoking words and tribute to my husband! I cherish the memories and your mom and dad and their long friendship! Your dad’s message at Martin’s service was a comfort and blessing and full of his usual passion for His Savior and for Martin, his friend. I’m looking forward to reading your book – a big congratulations!
thanks Linda
