My son Tanner is fortunate enough to be a member of the finest high school golf program in the great state of Georgia. We recently won our 6th state championship and from the looks of our roster, there are many more to come. While we have some great players, what I am most impressed with is our Coach, Bryson Worley. The guy is unbelievable. He prepares our players for tournaments like General Patton prepared his troops. He scouts out the courses they play and creates a detailed yardage book. Our players know exactly what to expect…there is no guess work. He meets individually with his players and discusses their training schedule, goals, strengths of their game and areas that need improvement.
How about you? When was the last time you evaluated your “training” schedule, goals, strengths and weaknesses? Whether it’s the golf course or the board room, winning doesn’t happen by accident.
